How we measure uptime
Synthetic checks against poolyai.com, app.poolyai.com, and the API every 60 seconds from multiple regions. A component is degraded if response time exceeds 2x baseline, partial if any region fails, and outage if all regions fail.
How we communicate
Status updates here within 5 minutes of incident detection. Customer email within 15 minutes. Resolution timeline and root cause posted on each incident.
