Wasted drive time
Unoptimized routes burn gas, hours, and tech morale every week.
2-4 hrs/weekRun routes, manage construction jobs, and handle invoicing from one operating system for your field team. Join the beta waitlist to get first access.

We talked to dozens of pool service operators running 50 to 500 stops. Five problems came up every conversation. Pooly fixes all five.
Wasted drive time
Unoptimized routes burn gas, hours, and tech morale every week.
2-4 hrs/weekChasing payments
Hand written invoices, paper check chases, 30+ day waits to bank deposit.
30+ daysCustomer details in your head
Notes on scraps of paper, phone numbers in your texts, equipment specs nowhere.
Single point of failureWinging every stop
No dosing math, no checklists, no chemistry recommendations. Zero consistency.
Inconsistent qualityFlying blind on the numbers
No data on profitability, days to cash, or upgrade conversion. Big decisions on gut feel.
Decisions on vibesPlan the whole day in seconds and keep crews on schedule.
Log readings on-site and get dosing guidance automatically.
Customer notes, job summaries, and follow ups, handled.
Send quotes, collect deposits, and invoice from the field.

Routes on the map
Drag and drop stops onto the map. Pooly recommends the shortest sequence based on drive time and pool size weighted service time. Reassign on the fly when a tech calls out.

Side by side breakdowns against the rest of the pool service software market. Where Pooly wins, where the other guys still win, and how to decide. Real, opinionated takes.
Pooly vs Skimmer
Skimmer built the category. Pooly is rebuilding it with payments and financing in the core. Here is the snapshot.
Pooly vs Pool Brain
Pool Brain went deep on water chemistry. Pooly goes wide on operations: payments, financing, and routes in one platform.
Pooly vs Jobber
Jobber works for 50 trades. Pooly works for one. If you run a pool service company, that difference matters.
Pooly vs Housecall Pro
Housecall Pro covers every home service trade. Pooly only covers one. If you run a pool service company, that focus matters.
Pooly vs Pool Office Manager
Pool Office Manager built deep QuickBooks accounting and earned long term operator trust. Pooly edge is native payments, integrated financing in the quote, and Good / Better / Best tiers built in.
Pooly vs PoolTrac
PoolTrac is built for solo operators. Pooly is built for pool service companies ready to scale. Different segments, different tools. Here is the snapshot.

Explore all integrationsPool service operators running 1 to 50 routes who care about days to cash, average ticket size, and upgrade conversion. Routes, customers, chemistry, quotes, payments, and financing in one platform. Built only for pool service, so the workflows match how operators actually run.
Two things. First, Pooly is pool native end to end. Body of water tracking, chemistry with AI dosing, pool route patterns, and Good / Better / Best quote tiers are built in, not bolted on. Second, payments are on rails we own through ClayPay. No Stripe middleman, no partner processor referral cut. The savings show up on every transaction. See the comparison pages for the head to head numbers.
Free during beta. Final pricing is tiered by tech count and AI usage, subsidized by our embedded payments revenue. The more you process through Pooly, the more we can absorb on the software side. We will publish numbers before charging anyone.
You sign up, we import your customer records, routes, service history, and chemistry readings from your existing software. You run both systems in parallel for 30 days. At the end you decide. If Pooly works, cancel the old tool and you are fully on Pooly. If not, walk away. No charge, no cutover weekend, no double billing.
It can, but it is not the cheapest path. Pooly is priced for operators who process meaningful card volume and sell upgrade jobs. Solo operators on chemical only routes with under 30 stops are usually better served by PoolTrac at $25/month. Once you cross 50 stops or start selling equipment, the economics flip and Pooly pays for itself through payment savings alone.
Web only at beta. The web experience is fully responsive and covers chemistry logging, photo capture, and visit completion from a phone. Native iOS and Android with offline mode are on the roadmap, planned post beta.
Native rails through ClayPay, our parent payments company. No Stripe in the middle, no partner processor referral cut on top. T+1 funding by default. Auto pay enrollment is the default during customer setup. Card on file works for upgrade jobs. Consumer financing is in the quote and customer portal in one flow, not a separate Wisetack environment.
Honest answer. We are iterating fast, which means features ship weekly and small bugs occasionally appear. We are not unstable. Migration is designed to reduce switching risk: 30 day parallel run with your old tool, full data import, direct founder access if anything breaks. If you need a fully mature platform with five years of polish, stay where you are. If you want to be early on something better, talk to us.
