What does the Projects module actually do?
It converts an approved quote into a construction project in one step: phases, a Schedule of Values persisted from the quote line items, and a draw schedule. As phases complete, milestone draws generate numbered invoices automatically.
Does any other pool software have this?
Not in the pool-native market. Skimmer, Pool Brain, Pool Office Manager, and PoolTrac are service and route platforms. Generic construction tools exist, but they do not share a customer list, catalogue, and payment rails with your service business.
How does draw billing work?
You set the draw schedule when converting the quote. The deposit draw fires on project approval. Each milestone draw fires when its phase is marked complete, generating an invoice on the same native payment rails as your service billing.
Can I run service and construction in one account?
Yes, that is the point. The Service + Construction tier includes everything in Service Only plus the full Projects module. One customer record from first quote to weekly service.
