Pricing FAQ

Is Pooly really free right now?

Yes. Every tier is free during the beta period. Subsidized by embedded payments revenue. Post-beta pricing will be published before any tier flips to paid, and existing beta accounts get advance notice.

What is the difference between Service Only and Service + Construction?

Service Only is the recurring side: routes, jobs, quoting, payments. Service + Construction adds the full Projects module on top: quote-to-project conversion, phases, Schedule of Values, and milestone draw billing.

When does Enterprise pricing kick in?

Enterprise is for 15+ technicians or trucks. At that scale you typically need SSO, custom integrations, and a dedicated implementation engineer. Email founders to scope.
